Cheesy Potato Ham Casserole
Things you'll need:
- 1 Bag Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (I used O'Rieda)
- 1 lb Ham Steak- Cubed
- 8 oz Light Sour Cream
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (Low Sodium/Healthy Choice)
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Low Sodium/Healthy Choice)
- 10 oz Package of Shredded Cheese (I used 2% Colby Jack)
How to:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In large bowl combine all ingredients reserving 1/2 cup cheese for topping.
- Spray 13x9" Casserole Dish with Nonstick Cooking Spray.
- Spread mixture in dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
