Tater-Topped Casserole

Things you'll need:
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1- 16 oz Package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1- 2.8 can French-Fried Onions
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1- 16 oz Package Frozen Tater Tots
How To:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet cook meat over medium heat until no longer pink (drain if necessary)
  3. Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with cooking spray
  4. Layer 1/2 beef, 1/2 veggies, and 1/2 oinions, then repeat.
  5. Cut up butter into chunks and spread evenly on top.
  6. In separate bowl combine the soups and milk then pour over the top.
  7. Top with tater tots and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
