- 3 Cups Milk
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 3/4 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmigianno-Reggiano Cheese
- In medium saucepan heat milk, butter, salt, and pepper over medium high heat.
- Bring to a gentle boil and add the cornmeal a little at a time whisking constantly.
- Cook until creamy and thick (about 4 minutes).
- Season generously with salt and pepper, remove from heat, add the cheese and stir until completely melted.
- Serve Hot!
